Growth Coach – Meta Ads and Offers | Purpose-Driven DTC Ecommerce

Full-time | Remote | $90k–$150k OTE

You won’t run ad accounts.

You’ll coach purpose-driven ecommerce founders to think clearer, act sharper, and scale faster.

We work with brands who want to grow on principle, not just on margin.

And they need coaches who care enough to challenge them, and skillful enough to lead them.

What you’ll actually do
  • Coach ecommerce founders via 1:1 and group Zoom calls
  • Collaborate on offers, ads and &funnels to find the real constraint, not the surface symptom
  • Track client progress and intervene before belief drops or momentum stalls
  • Lead with clarity, calm, and confidence, especially under pressure
  • Help founders make better decisions faster — not do the work for them
  • Drive retention and referrals through trust, capability, and consistency
Must-have experience
  • 2–5 years running Meta ads for DTC ecommerce (agency or in-house)
  • Proven results building offers, writing hooks, and launching profitable funnels
  • Fluent in Ads Manager, performance metrics, and direct response creative
  • Very high emotional intelligence — you listen deeply and speak with clarity
  • Hungry to improve your own coaching skill, not just lean on experience

Compensation
  • Base: 84k/year
  • Variable: Bonuses and commission on client retention, cash collection and referrals
  • OTE: 90k–150k USD/year
  • Remote: North and South American timezones preferred
