Intro

Are you an ecommerce growth/performance marketer (Meta focus) who wants to coach ethical DTC ecommerce brands to scale their revenue and profit? We help purpose-driven ecommerce brands scale growth from six figures a year to six figures a month (and sometimes even six figures a week). We do this by giving them the framework, tools, structure and support to build a proven growth engine in-house, rather than relying on unreliable third parties to generate sales. Role

This is a player-coach role. You will have proven growth/performance marketing experience either in-house for an ecommerce brand or agency serving ecommerce brands (aka. player) but your true calling is coaching other ecommerce brands on how to grow their sales (aka. coach). You will be KPI'd upon client results, retention and satisfaction. (Please note, you will not be doing growth marketing for clients. You are coaching entrepreneurs on how to use growth marketing in-house.)

This role is full time and virtual. You can work from anywhere in North America.

Requirements
  • 2 years+ growth marketing / performance marketing / paid media experience (Meta focus) in DTC ecommerce
  • Able to ideate, build and troubleshoot paid advertising campaigns to proprietary online stores (eg. Shopify)
  • Able to evaluate and critique an offer (product selection, unit economics, avatar, positioning)
  • Able to evaluate and critique direct response copy and creative
  • Able to evaluate and critique an ecommerce sales funnel
  • Able to train founders in mastering media buying through Meta Ads Manager
  • Able to interpret and analyse performance data metrics, solve performance bottlenecks
  • You find fulfilment in supporting other people to achieve their growth goals

  • Onboarding calls with new clients
  • Coaching via Zoom (1:1 and group format)

  • Detailed tracking of client progress
  • Monitor community account receivables
  • Strategic review calls for retention offers
  • Generating referral leads
  • Collecting client feedback
  • Attending daily meetings

Compensation
  • 90 - 120k USD OTE (on track earnings)
    • Base 7.5k USD/month (90k USD/year)
    • Bonus: Up to 2.5k USD/month (30k USD/year)
      • Bonus is proportionate to meeting KPIs for retention, refunds/defaults
      • Retain 20% of FE clients
      • Refunds/default <5% of all clients
